##

The ESP-550T and ESP-760T sealcoat trailer systems are designed for use on driveways and small to medium sized commercial lots. The trailer systems are equipped with hydraulically driven 50 or 100 gpm (189.3 or 378.5 lpm) piston pumps that are low in maintenance and simple to operate. This legendary pumping system has provided unmatched performance to sealcoating professionals for over 20 years. The dual axle trailer is designed for heavy work loads and built with safety and durability in mind. Steel belted radial tires provide dependable stability when in tow. The following options are available for both the 550T and 760T models: operator's seat, a second handwand, longer hoses for the handwand, and a spraybar. *NOTE: If purchasing the spraybar, the optional 100 gpm (378.5 lpm) pump will be required.

A standard 15-foot hose with quick connects is available as an option; see your Nealco™ dealer. Hoses of any length with quick connects on each end can be custom ordered.

Sealcoating Equipment Comparison

Nealco™ Piston Pump

  • Hydraulically driven piston pump, specifically designed for high sand load. Fastest transfer rate on the market, 100 gpm (378.5 lpm) or 50 gpm (189.3 lpm) depending on pump size.
  • All machines are fully hydraulic, which means better dependability, quieter operation and less HP consumption with no air compressor.
  • Piston pump requires no regular flushing or maintenance, no clean-out needed until the end of the season.
  • Pump will handle up to 16 lbs. of sand per gallon (1.92 kg of sand per liter), which may be required on some state, federal and FAA contracts.
  • Piston pump has 75% fewer moving parts than air pumps, easily rebuilt with a seal kit from around $125, seal life is 200,000 gallons (757,082 liters) of high sand load mix.
  • 3 blade off-set agitator system means there are always 2 blades in the mix for more thorough mixing and less vibration than in-line blades.
  • Our pump is an "on demand" pump and strokes only when pressure drops; each stroke moves almost a gallon of material.

Competitors' Air Pump

  • Air diaphragm pumps were designed for multi-purpose use (not sand/sealer) & require a compressor and transfer less than 50 gpm (189.3 lpm) depending on viscosity.
  • Air compressor adds more noise, additional maintenance and in some cases another engine to power the compressor.
  • Air pumps must be flushed out after each use or pump failure will occur due to dried sealer and sand accumulation.
  • Sand loads of over 5 lbs. per gallon (0.6 kg per liter) slow down most standard air pumps.
  • Air pumps wear faster due to many moving parts: springs, valves and diaphragms to replace when rebuilding.
  • Many competitors use 2 blade agitator with rubber squeegees which can deteriorate due to harsh chemicals in sealer causing clogs in tips. Harder to start when sand has settled in tank.
  • Air pumps run constantly and must cycle five times to move a gallon of material; some air pumps require manual shut-off when spraywand is stopped.
